Welcome to GetIt! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of GetIt’s application.

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. Do not continue to use GetIt if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

  • “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refers to you, the person using this application and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions.
  • “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refers to our Company, GetIt.
  • “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves.

2. Use of the Application

  • By accessing the application, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the application.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Unless otherwise stated, GetIt and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in the application. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

4. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

  • Publishing any application material in any other media without prior written consent.
  • Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any application material.
  • Publicly performing and/or showing any application material.
  • Using this application in any way that is or may be damaging to this application.
  • Using this application in any way that impacts user access to this application.
  • Using this application contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way that may cause harm to the application, or to any person or business entity.
  • Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to this application.
  • Using this application to engage in any advertising or marketing without explicit consent.

5. User Accounts

  • When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and updated information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our application.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the application and for any activities or actions under your password.

6. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent GetIt from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

7. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

8. Variation of Terms

GetIt is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this application you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.

At GetIt, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return & refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants.
  • Personal care items like cosmetics and hygiene products.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at app.getit.store@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 days.
  • If the return is rejected, we will notify you with an explanation.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at app.getit.store@gmail.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at app.getit.store@gmail.com.

At GetIt, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our shipping procedures and guidelines.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: The time required to process orders may vary depending on the the vendor and their current order volume.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on your location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a notification once the delivery partner has received your order from the vendor.
  • Order Tracking: You can track the status of your order by visiting our My Orders section under account details page in the application.

    4. Delivery Issues

    • Incorrect Addresses: GetIt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
    • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at app.getit.store@gmail.com to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

    1. General

    All prices listed on our platform are provided by the respective stores, including packaging or handling charges, if any, at the time of publication. While we strive to keep them up to date, the final price charged by the store, including packaging and handling charges, may change at the time of delivery. In the event of a conflict between the price on our platform and the price charged by the store, the price charged by the store will be deemed correct.

    2. Delivery and Preparation Time

    a. We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery time provided at the time of placing the order. The preparation time is the time taken by the store to prepare your order, starting from when the order is accepted by the store.

    b. In the event of delays beyond the promised delivery or preparation time, please contact our customer support for assistance.

    c. You will not be eligible for compensation if:

    • Delays are due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, store issues).
    • You modify or cancel the order.
    • You cause the delay (e.g., asking the delivery partner to delay, being unresponsive).
    • The order is a bulk order.
    • The order is canceled for any reason.

    3. Multiple Store Orders

    a. You can order from up to three (3) stores for a single delivery. The delivery and preparation times will be based on the store with the longest estimated time.

    By placing an order on our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions regarding delivery and preparation times.
